Important information must be communicated effectively to employees. They are the basis for correct interpretation of displayed data and the resulting reactions. LED walls provide perfect conditions for this, even in high ambient brightness. But there is one important requirement: the choice of the correct pixel pitch (= distance between two pixel centers). The smaller the pixel pitch, the greater the pixel density and therefore the resolution. For pin-sharp screens, even at close viewing distances, control room experts recommend a pixel pitch of 1.2 or even 0.9 mm.
Better a large monitor wall with almost bezel-less LC displays? Or is the choice in favour of LED technology? The ergonomic aspect in particular is leading more and more users in operations centers, control rooms etc. to decide in favour of LEDs (= Light Emitting Diodes). The modular design enables optimum positioning. Room conditions as well as viewing distance and height are taken into account during planning.
